This stunning illustration is called "L’Heure du Silence" by Georges Meunier (French, 1869-1942). Meunier attended The School for the Decorative Arts where he was trained in both classical and modern design, which later influenced his poster graphics. His posters were exhibited in salons throughout Paris, giving his work notoriety.
